LAT PULL DOWNS

Targets: Back (the lats,Ā  largest muscle in theĀ  upper body).Ā  ā­ļø A great exercise to do before pull ups!

Targets: Biceps (both the long and short heads of the muscle). ā­ļø Isolating oneĀ  arm at a time.

BICEPĀ  CURLS

Targets: Shoulders,Ā  chestĀ andĀ back.Ā  ā­ļø Can also perform standing.Ā  You're sure to feel theĀ tensionĀ  on this one!

SHOULDER PRESS

TRICEP KICKBACKS

Targets: Ā Triceps (AKAĀ  theback of the arm).Ā  ā­ļø Again isolating one armĀ  at a time for maximum strength gains!
