What is it? A straight punch  with hand on lead side of  the body.  How do I do it? Throw  punch from the backside of  the body.

CROSS

What is it? A straight  punch from the rear arm. How do I do it? Throw  punch from the backside of  the body.

HOOK

What is it? A hooking  motion is done with either  arm. How do I do it? Make a high swinging motion from the  side, with a flexed bicep.

UPPERCUT

What is it? A hooking  motion. How do I do it? Start low  and come up with a flexed  bicep.
