What Are The Best  Arm Exercises for Beginners?

This arm workout is great  for beginners but can be  scaled for any fitness level!  Grab heavy weights to  increase the intensity.

BACK ROW +  BICEP CURL

Targets: The lower back  and upper back as well as  the bicep muscles.

HAMMER  CURL +  PRESS

Targets: Biceps, back,  shoulders and core. Performing  from a kneeling position isolates  the shoulder muscles.

CHEST  PRESS

Targets: Chest (pectorals), shoulders (deltoids) and  triceps.

TRICEP  KICKBACK

Targets: All three heads  of the tricep muscle. The tricep kickback is one of best isolation exercises.
