Targets: Posterior chain,  deep transverse abs, lower  abs, upper abs, obliques,  quads, calves, hips, erector  spinae, shoulders, chest  and triceps.

SIDE PLANK  HIP LIFT +  HEEL STAMP

Targets: Obliques, abs,  upper back, outer glutes,  gluteus maximus, inner  thighs, hamstrings, upper  body and shoulders.

PULSING  SQUAT +  W-ARMS

Targets: The glutes, quads, hamstrings, inner thighs, shoulders, upper back  and core.

LATERAL  SQUAT +  BACK ROW

Targets: Gluteus medius,  quads, inner thighs,  hamstrings, calves, upper  back and core.
