What Is  Resistance  Training?

Resistance training is  moving your body  against resistance (bodyweight, bands,  free weights, etc.).  Resistance training is strength training!

SQUAT HOLD,  PRESS +  OVERHEAD

Targets: Legs, glutes,  quads, back, shoulders  and core.

DUMBBELL BURPEE

Targets: Total body —  legs, hip flexors, calves,  arms, shoulders, back,  abs and core.

PUSH UP +  PUSH PRESS

Targets: Chest, shoulders, triceps, back, abs and core muscles.

LUNGE HOLD  + BICEP CURL

Targets: Legs, glutes,  quads, hamstrings,  biceps and core.

1. Squat Hold, Press + Overhead 2. Burpee 3. Push Up + Push Press 4. Lunge Hold + Curl DO IT: 30 secs work, 30 secs rest. Stack on moves in a pyramid format.
