Upper Body Blast & Instagram Giveaway!

first, give these two chest exercises a try. superset 40 seconds of a lying down chest flies with 20 seconds of push up pulses.

upper body blast chest circuit: 
lying down chest fly – 40 seconds
push up pulses {on knees or toes} – 20 seconds
{rest – 10-30 seconds if needed}
repeat x 4 sets
