Plyometric Power and Isometric Burn {frog squat hop and gaucho walk}

froggy voice = froggy exercise. stay low in the legs throughout the entire circuit, keeping a flat back and butt tucked in, shoulders over hips. take a nice wide sumo squat or plie squat stance with heels in, toes out to target the inner thighs.

do 4 frog hops followed by 4 gaucho walks, repeat this circuit for 30 seconds x 3 sets.
