today’s forecast is high 30’s in minnesota; which means i can take my circuit workout outdoors…in december.
thank you for your warm, cozy temps.
if it’s not too much to ask i’d like the temps to remain in the 30’s with a light dusting of bright, puffy snowflakes for a white christmas {and if you could lighten things up a bit that would be great too, this 4pm darkness is really effecting my vitamin d absorption}.

in all seriousness, these next couple weeks you will be traveling with dozens of trail mix cookie balls, delicately wrapped presents {and possibly your littles} in tow. i’m going to take a wild guess and say the 10lb dumbbells in your basement aren’t going to make the trip with you.
to help you stay fit on the road and enjoy this warm winter wonderland we are having, i’ve created a quick, effective hiit workout you can do anywhere, with absolutely no equipment.
it’s a 3 move circuit you can repeat as many times as you want—between one-10 times for a three to 15 minute workout.
throw a sports bra and sneakers in your travel bag now. you’re going to want to squeeze this workout into your crazy, holiday travel schedule {fresh air, away from the family hustle and bustle — your very own fit winter wonderland awaits}.
repeat entire circuit as many times as possible {approximately 2 minutes per circuit – 30 seconds per exercise + 30 second rest between circuits}.
