Description
Overnight Oats are pretty meal-prep-friendly on their own, but I’m taking it to the next level by creating freezer-friendly overnight oats you can meal prep in batch quantities. Also great for new mama’s milk supply!
Ingredients

Add to Mason Jar Before Freezing:
- ยฝ c Rolled Oats
- ยฝ c Frozen Berries
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Add to Mason Jar the Night Before Serving:
- 3/4 c Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk or Milk of Choice
Add When Ready to Serve
- 1–2 Scoops NOWยฎ Sports Vanilla Plant Protein Complex
- Top with a drizzle of Nutty Infusionsโขยฎ Cashew Butter or Almond Butter
Instructions
- Place rolled oats, frozen berries, chia seeds and vanilla extract in a 16 oz glass mason jar or food storage jar. Seal tightly and store in the freezer for up to six months.
- When ready to serve, pull out one mason jar the night before, add ยพ c milk of choice and let sit in the fridge for 6-8 hours or overnight.
- In the morning add optional protein powder, and additional milk as needed to reach desired consistency.
- Top with a drizzle of cashew butter or nut butter of choice and enjoy!
Notes
*Store individual 16 oz glass mason jars or food storage jars in the freezer for up to 6 months.
**You can always vary ingredients to vary flavors — ideas include: tropical frozen fruit, cinnamon apple, peanut butter banana.
