simple 3 ingredient plantain chip recipe that i hope you'll enjoy as much as i do.
  • 1-2 plantains
  • 2-6 tbsp coconut oil, melted {2-3 tbsp per plantain}
  • pink himalayan sea salt to taste
  1. heat oven to 350.
  2. thinly slice plantain{s} and place in a large mixing bowl.
  3. thinly coat sliced plantain chips in melted coconut oil {2-3 tbsp per plantain}.
  4. place chips on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. sprinkle chips with pink himalayan sea salt {or regular sea salt}.
  6. bake chips at 350 for 20-25 min, until golden brown edges.
  7. cool and enjoy snacking.
**if you're the 'dipper' type you can enjoy these delicious chips with a side of guacamole or nut butter.
