green sipper with power-nutrient chia seeds. just 3 simple ingredients - spinach, blueberries, chia seeds.
  • 1 c water or milk of choice
  • 1 c spinach
  • ¼ c blueberries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ice
  1. soak chia seeds in 1 c water or milk for 10 minutes. you can also soak overnight in fridge for great absorption.
  2. blend all ingredients together until you get desired consistency for drinking. {i add extra ice as i personally love mine freezing cold}.
  3. feel free to add additional health superfoods to your green smoothie if you have them on hand as well {aloe, 1 tsp bee pollen, 1 tsp cod liver oil, 1 tsp spirinula, 1 tbsp maca, 1 tsp of powered tumeric or pinki size chunk, 1" chunk ginger, 1 tsp matcha and more}.
*not all ingredients are required to make the 'perfect' smoothie {there is no such thing as the perfect smoothie in my world} use what you have on hand and play around with the ingredients/additions until you find what tickles your tastebuds.
