if your diet has your body on acidic overload it's time to neutralize with this ultra green smoothie.
  • 1 c water
  • 1 c watercress
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 lemon {with or without the peel/rind}
  • 1 thumb sized chunk ginger
  • ice
  1. blend all ingredients together until you get desired consistency for drinking. {i add extra ice as i personally love mine freezing cold}.
  2. feel free to add these health superfoods to your green smoothie if you have them on hand as well {1/4 c aloe juice, 1 tsp bee pollen, 1 tsp cod liver oil, 1 tsp spirinula, 1 tbsp maca, 1 tsp of powered tumeric or pinki size chunk, 1 tsp matcha}.
*not all ingredients are required to make the 'perfect' smoothie {there is no such thing as the perfect smoothie in my world} use what you have on hand and play around with the ingredients/additions until you find what tickles your tastebuds.
