Ginger Cabbage Detox Salad + Lemon Tahini Dressing

This ginger cabbage salad is tossed with naturally detoxifying foods like ginger, green apples, and red cabbage, and infused with a lemon tahini dressing to give you that crunchy and slightly sweet, light, summertime salad you crave!
  • Salad Ingredients:
  • 2 c red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 2 c diced or shredded carrots
  • 2 small green apples, diced
  • 1 tbsp. minced ginger
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • Dressing Ingredients:
  • 3 tbsp. tahini
  • 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juice of
  1. Chop, dice and combine all salad ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Combine dressing ingredients in a small bowl and whisk together with a fork.
  3. Toss dressing and salad together until evenly coated.
