Blueberry + Hemp Green Smoothie

Start your day off right with this sweet blueberry and kale smoothie with hemp seeds and walnuts; you'd never guess it's gluten-free, vegan, and loaded with antioxidants!
  • ¼ c blueberries
  • ½ c spinach
  • ½ c kale or 1 kale leaf, de-stemmed + chopped
  • 6-8 walnuts
  • ½ golden pear
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1 c unsweetened vanilla almond milk {califia farms}
  • optional: 1” chunk ginger
  1. Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender until smooth. You can also add a couple ice cubes.
