This delicious blend of crunchy, chewy, sweet, and satisfying superfood trail mix is sure to curb every snack craving and deliver a sustainable burst of energy.
  • ½ c Almonds, Whole
  • ½ c Walnuts, Halved
  • ½ c Pistachios Nuts, Whole
  • ¼ c Brazil Nuts, Whole
  • ½ c Goji Berries
  • ½ c Dried Blueberries
  • ¼ c Roasted Coconut Chips
  • ¼-1/2 c Dark Chocolate Chunks {or Cacao Nibs}
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Store in an air-tight container. Or pre-portion ¼ c into smaller baggies or containers for snacking.
