Overnight Oats are pretty meal-prep-friendly on their own, but I'm taking it to the next level by creating freezer-friendly overnight oats you can meal prep in batch quantities. Also great for new mama's milk supply!
Ingredients
Add to Mason Jar Before Freezing:
  • ½ c Rolled Oats
  • ½ c Frozen Berries
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Add to Mason Jar the Night Before Serving:
  • ¾ c Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk or Milk of Choice
Add When Ready to Serve
  • 1-2 Scoops NOW® Sports Vanilla Plant Protein Complex
  • Top with a drizzle of Nutty Infusions™® Cashew Butter or Almond Butter
Instructions
  1. Place rolled oats, frozen berries, chia seeds and vanilla extract in a 16 oz glass mason jar or food storage jar. Seal tightly and store in the freezer for up to six months.
  2. When ready to serve, pull out one mason jar the night before, add ¾ c milk of choice and let sit in the fridge for 6-8 hours or overnight.
  3. In the morning add optional protein powder, and additional milk as needed to reach desired consistency.
  4. Top with a drizzle of cashew butter or nut butter of choice and enjoy!
Notes
*Store individual 16 oz glass mason jars or food storage jars in the freezer for up to 6 months.
**You can always vary ingredients to vary flavors -- ideas include: tropical frozen fruit, cinnamon apple, peanut butter banana.
