Baked Sweet Potato Wedges or Fries

A delicious, healthy side. Baked sweet potato wedges or fries are the perfect combo of salty and sweet!
  • 3 Medium-to-Large Sweet Potatoes
  • Avocado Oil OR Coconut Oil {drizzle or spray}
  • Salt + Pepper to taste
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Peel and slice sweet potatoes lengthwise into wedges.
  3. Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray, or line with parchment paper. Arrange wedges in even layer on baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle or spray with avocado or coconut oil.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until crisped to your desire.
