But everyone wants to be told they can eat rich, chocolate and creamy goodness, and oh yea, it’s healthy too, so it’s totally good for you.

Which is some cases can be true, but let’s be honest desserts are desserts; treats that are meant to be consumed in moderation. Something I struggle with — moderation and portion control. Ok I’ll be honest, these aren’t earth-shattering recipes. Desserts that come on a spoon are rarely ingenious. But there are some ways to make your spoonful a little more sexy. Like a dash of cacao, a sprinkle of hemp hearts and coconut flakes, and most importantly delicious dark chocolate chips.

  • 5-8 dark chocolate chips
  • sprinkle of cacao, coconut flakes, hemp hearts, or chia seeds
  1. Spoon 1 tbsp of healthy fats onto your spoon.
  2. Add additional toppings.
  3. Enjoy!
