Making it a complete 30-minute, treadmill and strength workout that will burn fat, build muscle, and improve endurance.

The Workout: Booty Burning Treadmill + Strength HIIT Workout

This booty burning treadmill + strength HIIT workout consists of three circuits; each including a 1 minute incline sprint on the treadmill paired with two kettlebell strength exercises. Repeat each circuit x 3 sets before moving onto the next circuit.

The goal is to push your pace on the incline treadmill sprints while trying to maintain the same pace throughout all three sets of the sprint interval. Your fastest sprint pace should be at 1% incline, medium sprint pace at 4% incline, and slowest sprint pace at 8% incline. 

Complete a .5 – 1 mile warm up run at 1% incline before beginning this workout. 

CIRCUIT ONE

  • 1 Min Sprint @ 1% Incline {fastest sprint pace, smallest incline}
  • 10 Kettlebell Curtsy Lunge + Lateral Lunge {Right Leg}
  • 10 Kettlebell Curtsy Lunge + Lateral Lunge {Left Leg}

X 3 Sets

CIRCUIT TWO

  • 1 Min Sprint @ 8% Incline {slowest sprint pace, largest incline}
  • 10 Kettlebell Single Leg Deadlift {Right Leg}
  • 10 Kettlebell Single Leg Deadlift {Left Leg}

X 3 Sets

CIRCUIT THREE

  • 1 Min Sprint @ 4% Incline {medium sprint pace}
  • 10 Kettlebell Sumo Squat + Lunge Combo
  • 10 Kettlebell Single Leg Glute Bridge {10 reps per leg}
