I keep telling myself alright, it’s time to tighten things up a bit…and then i find myself on a plane knuckles deep in a bag of trail mix or with my girls chasing veggie chips + gauc with vino. Yes, my name is Lindsey Bomgren; I’m a snackaholic and I can’t control my social snacking.

Although I must admit, I’m a healthy snacker {nuts, fruit, plantain chips, roasted veggies, energy balls, oat cookies, egg muffins, veggie chips, and the list goes on for days}. It’s really the portion control I struggle with. Anyone else?! ???

So I’m working on my portion control because you’ve all heard it before, but abs really are made in the kitchen. Yes, I love these ab workouts and I’m all about building a strong core, but nutrition is the name of the game when it comes to six pack abs.

That said, I’ve overcome my fear of ‘needing’ 6-pack abs to feel like a successful fitness enthusiast. Don’t get me wrong, I still want a crop top worthy stomach for summer {who doesn’t?!}. But I’ve come to the realization that there are more important things in life than six-pack abs. I just want to feel strong and confident.

And I want you to feel strong and confident too! So I’ve put together a 7-Day Workout Schedule to help you add these 7 Waist Cinching Ab Workouts into your fitness routine. This schedule is true to my personal workout routine; working out 5-6 days a week for 20-50 minutes a day with one active recovery day. But this may not work for your schedule, or current activity level, so adjust as needed. If you workout 3-4 days a week, split this 7-day routine into a two week timespan.
