holiday season is officially in full effect — shopping, cooking, traveling, hosting, attending, more shopping — it’s a busy time of year.
to make sure your workouts don’t get the cold shoulder during this busy time of year i’ve created a quick, 5 minute holiday hustle workout for you.
the workout is only 5 minutes, it doesn’t require any equipment, you can do it anywhere and you won’t even need a shower {so you can throw a little dry shampoo in your hair and dash off to your next event right afterwards}. it’s quick and effective!
5 minutes holiday hustle workout:
complete each exercise for 30 seconds
downward dog + push up – 30 seconds
side plank hip lifts, right – 30 seconds
tricep push up + crescent lunge – 30 seconds
side plank hip lifts, left – 30 seconds
high plank step in’s + pop up – 30 seconds
sumo/plie squat + reach – 30 seconds
warrior 2 lunge + lift, right – 30 seconds
warrior 3 reach + pulse, right – 30 seconds
warrior 2 lunge + lift, left – 30 seconds
warrior 3 reach + pulse, left – 30 seconds
if you have time, hit replay and repeat this circuit.

squeeze it in first thing in the morning, between running errands, or right before you snuggle into bed. it’s just enough to get your heart rate up without breaking a major sweat.
