I’m so ready for Spring! My recent family vacation to Arizona, paired with daylight savings {it’s finally still light outside after dinner} has me craving Spring.
It also has me craving all the fresh fruits and veggies in the form of delicious, healthy, low sugar smoothies!
Smoothies are an easy way to consume multiple servings of fruit and veggies in a convenient, on-the-go form {you an even meal prep them the night before to save on time}!
But a lot of smoothie recipes I’ve found online call for 3+ servings of fruit. This easily adds up to 20-30 plus grams of sugar in one smoothie serving.
Yes, often it’s natural sugar, but that’s still a lot of sugar for your body to process in one sitting. Not to mention, makes ‘healthy’ smoothies not so healthy and more of a treat.
So I’ve searched the web to round up 15 low sugar smoothie recipes. All 15 of these smoothie recipes are refined sugar-free and low in natural sugars too. Some are even fruit-free, but still creamy and delicious thanks to cauliflower and avocado.
